Vermont Community Foundation’s Capacity Building grant provides up to $5,000 for consultant fees to help organization’s become more efficient and effective. Funds can be used to hire a consultant to help develop a strategic plan, financial sustainability planning, or exploring the option of going from all volunteer to having paid staff.

This website was created in collaboration with the Vermont Outdoor Recreation Economic Collaborative (VOREC). This project was supported by a grant from the Northern Border Regional Commission. Funding for this project was made possible in part with a Rural Business Development Grant from USDA Rural Development.
