VTGC & VRPA Seek Conference Coordinator – Applications Due

The Vermont Trails and Greenways Council (VTGC) and the Vermont Recreation & Parks Association (VRPA) are co-hosting the 83rd Annual Conference on Parks, Trails, and Recreation, a two-day, statewide professional conference to be held in fall 2026. The conference brings together trail managers, parks and recreation professionals, municipal staff, nonprofit leaders, advocates, vendors, and partners to share best practices, build skills, and strengthen Vermont’s outdoor recreation community.

VTGC and VRPA seek an experienced conference planning and management consultant/contractor to provide administrative, financial, marketing, and logistical support to ensure a high-quality, well-organized, and financially sound event.

Throughout conference planning and delivery, VTGC and VRPA view this role as a collaborative partner. The selected contractor will work closely with staff and volunteer leaders from both organizations, contributing expertise and capacity while engaging in regular communication and shared problem-solving.  Proposals Due March 2.
