Conference on Parks, Trails, and Recreation Workshop Proposals due March 22

• The grittiest hands-on volunteers and staff who lead programs, build trails, manage state and municipal parks, waterways, pools, tennis courts, disc golf and other public outdoor recreation assets;
• Executive directors and board members who lead non-profits of all sizes that manage parks, trails, and recreation assets;
• Fundraising and communications volunteers and staff who write grants, recruit members, and tell the story of ‘why’ our state’s recreation assets are so critical to peoples’ wellbeing, community vitality, and Vermont’s economy;
• Conservation organizations who want to help make sure Vermont’s trails are sustainably built, resilient to climate change;
• Program leaders and organizations advancing access to Vermont’s recreation assets for people of all abilities, BIPOC, LGBQT+;
• Municipal leaders, regional planners, and state agencies who advocate for the sustainable advancement of Vermont’s recreation assets.
