How Municipalities Can Support Permanent Land Conservation

One set of tools in the conservation toolbox is permanent land conservation including conservation easements and fee acquisition. There are several ways towns can support or enable this type of conservation and it is important that town Conservation Commissions understand these tools and the range of ways that municipalities can help make them happen.
